Ms. Holzwarth joined Perkins Fund Marketing in February 2000 with over 15 years of corporate banking, corporate finance and debt and equity private placement experience. Previous positions include Vice-President, Corporate Finance Group at Credit, Research & Trading LLC, an investment banking boutique specializing in middle market transactions, and Director, Private Placement Group at Nesbitt Burns Securities/Bank of Montreal with both origination and distribution responsibilities. Ms. Holzwarth was credit-trained at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company where she was a Member of a large corporate lending team in the North America division for five years. Ms. Holzwarth earned an A.B. in English cum laude from Bowdoin College. Ms. Holzwarth resides in Weston, Connecticut. Ms. Holzwarth holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
