Mr. Boggess joined PFM in June 2008 with eleven years of hedge fund, venture capital and equity placement experience. Russell began his career at Bank of America Securities (formerly Montgomery Securities) in San Francisco working in the venture services group and later founding the venture services group at Thomas Weisel Partners and most recently Think Equity Partners. . At Montgomery Securities and Thomas Weisel Partners Russell focused on venture capital and private equity distributions and most recently covered hedge funds doing Institutional Sales with Think Equity in NYC. Mr. Boggess is a graduate of Aspen Country Day and received his B.A. from the University of Colorado in Political Science with an emphasis in Economics and also attended the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. Mr. Boggess currently resides in New York City and also holds both a Series 7 and Series 63 securities licenses.
